系统方面，魅族M9和首派A70均采用了Android操作系统，魅族M9采用的Android 2.2系统，而首派A70显然更加高端，采用的是目前Android最新的2.3版本，相对来说，首派A70略胜一筹。
魅族M9的CPU主频为1GHz（三星S5PC110），配置了512 RAM+512 ROM，而首派A70则在硬件上略胜一筹，虽然处理器同为1GHz频率，但是将会达到1GB RAM/1G ROM。
屏幕上，A70是4.3寸电容屏，480*800像素，支持5点触控，魅族M9是3.4寸电容屏，支持10点触控，分辨率960×640，且为IPS屏幕，对比度880：1。就屏幕和触控而言魅族M9完美胜出。
优点和缺点：
A70的主要优点是，软件版本新，兼容性好，顶级硬件配置，运行速度快
A70的缺点是：屏幕一般，耗电量大，待机时间短
M9的主要优点是，屏幕清晰度高，技术成熟，耗电省，音频和视频能力突出
M9的主要缺点是，因为屏幕和自主UI开发，对安卓软件的兼容性不好，且较难升级安卓2.3版本或者可能小。
